Can I negotiate with agents before accepting?
Absolutely. If you like an agent's proposal but want a lower commission rate, you can send a counter-proposal directly in the platform. The agent can accept, decline, or respond with a new offer.
What happens after I accept a proposal?
You'll receive the agent's contact details and they'll be notified immediately. All other pending proposals for your listing are automatically declined. From there, you work with your chosen agent directly to finalize the listing agreement.
